兔眼巩膜透热电凝术的实验研究——前列腺素E_2、前列环素和血栓素在伤性反应中的作用

摘要 免眼巩膜表面进行了电凝实验,测定了房水中蛋白(PRO)、前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)、前列环素(PGI_2)和血栓素(TXA_2)的含量。结果透热电凝组的含量比对照组显著升高。证明PGE_2、PGI_2和TXA_2参与了透热电凝对眼的伤性反应作用,是引起术后炎症反应的重要因素。提示在视网膜脱离术前及术后,眼局部应用非甾体类抗炎药物(NSAID)可有效地减轻术后炎症反应及预防黄斑囊样水肿的发生。 In order to investigate the traumatic action of diathermy used in retinal detachmentsurgery, we used 32 adult pigmented rabbits which were treated with diathermy on selera.Measurement of proteln(PRO), prostaglandin E_2 (PGE_2), prostacyclin (PGI_2) and thromboxane A_2 (TXA_2) in the normal aqueous humor of the rabbits and diathermy ones showed that the levels of diathermy ones were found to be significantly higher than that in normal ones. These results indicate that prostaglandins (PGs) participate in the traumatic action of diathermy to rabbits eyes and cause the inflammation after retinal detachment surgery. Topical applications of non-sterold anti-lnflammation drugs (NSAID) could effectively inhibite the synthesis and release of prostaglandins by the eyes of diathermy,maintain pupillary dilatation, reduce inflammatory reaction and prevent cystoid macular edema.
