摘要
目的了解社区卫生服务中心病人高血压自晓率,治疗率和控制率。方法取2001年11月来院35岁以上初诊病人,进行血压测量和问卷调查。高血压人群定义为血压≥140/90mmhg,或有高血压史及接受降压治疗者。结果门诊首诊患者高血压占31.8%,知道自己有高血压的占65%,41%病人接受规范治疗,但仅25%的病人能控制在<140/90mmhg。结论临汾社区这一人群高血压知晓率,治疗率和控制率仍不理想。
Objective To assess the selfawareness,treatment and control rates hypertension among first visit OPD patients. Methods Objects studied in this report were those first-visit OPD patients who were≥35 years old during Nov 2001.Each of them was examined by measuring the blood pressure and answering a standard questionnaire. Hypertension was considered when BP was≥140/90 mmHg, or there was a history of hypertension,or anti-hypertensive medication was carried out. Results 31.8% of first visit OPD patients belonged to hypertensives. Among them,65% were self awared of their hypertension.41% of this group had received anti-hypertensive drugs. However, only 25% of the treated group had their hypertension being well controlled (BP< 140/90mmHg). Conclusions The results indicate that discovery,treatment and control of hypertension among this population are still far from satisfaction.
