乳腺癌的转移及抑制相关基因研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 恶性肿瘤的浸润转移往往是肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因。'如不存在转移,则谈不上肿瘤的良恶性之分',这一说法在一定范围内是有其道理的。对转移的确切过程及其机制的研究已成为当今'热点'。它是由一系列复杂而连续的步骤所组成。涉及肿瘤自身与宿主之间错综复杂的关系,受到多种相关基因的调控。这些基因按其作用性质可分为正向作用的'转移相关基因'(metastatic genes)和反相作用的'转移抑制相关基因'(metastasis suppressor genes)。
