摘要
两年间对53例视网膜静脉周围炎中的60只眼行氩激光治疗。其中男性46例,女性7例,年龄在16～40岁占85%。荧光血管造影表现主要是无灌注、新生血管、渗漏。结果60例病人中视力提高到1.0占68%,0.1～0.9占32%。随访两年未发现再出血,但个别病例在随访中再予以激光。
In a period of two years we treated 60 eyes in 53 patients with retinal periphlebitis with argon laser photocoagulation. All cases were bilateral. Because of profuse vitreous hemorrhage, secondary retinal detachment and no active lesion, the fellow eyes of 46 cases were not treated. Argon laser photocoagulation was given according to the appearance of fluorescein angiography. In our study 68% had a final vision of 1.0, and 32% had a final vision between 0.1 to 0.9. No recurrent hemorrhages were seen in 2 year follow-up, but follow-up photocoagulation was necessary in some cases.
