摘要
本文报告8例马凡氏综合征的非典型性心血管异常,计有巨大胸降主动脉瘤合并夹层形成1例、胸降主动脉瘤及腹主动脉瘤合并二尖瓣前叶脱垂1例、室间隔缺损2例(其中1例合并二尖瓣后叶脱垂),二尖瓣前叶合并后叶脱垂3例(其中2例合并三尖瓣脱垂)及多发性肺动脉瘤1例。对其临床特点予以讨论。
The study of atypical cardiovascular anomalies of Marfan's syndrome in 8 cases is reported.They involved vast aneurysm of thoracic descending aorta in one case, aneurysm of thoracic descending and abdominal aorta complicated anterior mitral valve prolapse in one case, ventricular septum defect in two cases (one of them complicated with posterior mitral valve prolapse), anterior and posterior mitral valve prolapse in three cases (two of them complicated with tricuspid valve prolapse), multiple aneurysms of pulmonary artery and its branches in one case.The clinical significance of these anomalies is discussed.
