深低温保存角膜内皮细胞的酶组织化学观察 被引量:4

摘要 对深低温(-196℃)保存40和140天的兔角膜及26天到611天的人角膜内皮细臌的酶活性做了测定。发现琥珀酸脱氢酶、苹果酸脱氢酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性较强,酸性磷酸酶活性中等,ATP酶和5′-核苷酸酶活性较低,均与对照组相似。未测到碱性磷酸酶、磷酸化酶和葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶。 The enzymic activities of corneal endothelium of rabbits cryopreserved for 30 and 140 days and human cadaver cryopreserved for 26 to 611 days were determined. It was found that the activities of succinate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase were more stronger, that of the acid phosphatase was middle, that of the ATPase and 5'-nucletidase were lower. The pictures of above groups were resembling that of control group. The activities of alke phosphatase, a-glucan phosphorydrolase and D-glucose 6-phosphate phosphohydrolase were negative.
