摘要
目的 :研究输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗老年人输尿管结石的可行性及效果。方法 :86例老年输尿管结石病人采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗。结果 :79例碎石成功 ,75例排净结石 ,发生输尿管穿孔 1例 ,无明显术后并发症发生。结论 :输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗老年人输尿管结石安全有效。
Objective:To study the feasibility and effectiveness of treating ureteral calculi with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the elderly. Methods: 86 cases of the elderly with ureteral calculi were treated with of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy. Results: The stones were fragmented in 79 cases and expelled in 75 cases. Ureter was perforated in one case. Postoperative complications did not occur. Conclusion: Treatment of ureteral calculi with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the elderly is safe and effective.
