摘要
目的 研究氯沙坦与吲达帕胺合用对老年 2型糖尿病伴高血压的降压疗效及对代谢的影响。方法 53例老年 2型糖尿病伴轻 中度原发性高血压病人 ,随机分为两组 :氯沙坦组 2 7例 ,单用氯沙坦 50mg ,每日 1次 ;氯沙坦合用吲达帕胺组 2 6例 ,氯沙坦 50mg ,每日 1次 ,加吲达帕胺 2 5mg ,每日 1次。两组疗程均 1 2周 ,观察两组治疗前后的随测血压、血糖、血脂、血尿酸、血钾和肝肾功能。结果 氯沙坦合用吲达帕胺组降压总有效率明显优于氯沙坦组。结论 氯沙坦合用吲达帕胺对老年 2型糖尿病伴高血压更为有效、安全。
Objective To study the clinincal effect of Losartan plus Indapamide intreatment of elderly patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus,and other effects on metabelism.Methods Fifty two patients wer randomly divided into two groups:Losartan alone group(50mg qd n=27),Losartan(50mg qd) plus Indapamide(2.5mg qd) group(n=26).Two groups were all treated for 12 week.Casual blood pressure,some biochemical parameters,such as liver and renel function,blood potassuim,blood uricacid,blood glucose,blood lipid were evaluated before and after treatment.Results Losartan plus Indapamide group had better effects than Losartan alone in reducing blood pressure.Conclusion Losartan plus Indapamide are more effective than Losartan in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus.No adverse effects on metabolism were found.
