摘要
确立重婚罪对维护社会主义婚姻家庭制度 ,保护公民人身权利 ,起到了积极的推动作用 ,但是随着人们婚姻家庭观的转变 ,社会的变革 ,在现实中 ,以重婚罪处罚的犯罪分子越来越少 ,且由于罪状规定的局限性 ,笔者对重婚罪的继续存在表示怀疑 。
The legislation of bigamy has played an important role in the enhancement of socialist marriage system and in the protection rights of its citizens. However,with the reform and the change of people's values about family and marriage ,bigamy does not occur very often and fewer and fewer bigamists have been punished in recent years. Therefore, this paper holds the view that bigamy is no longer suitable for current situation and should be abolished by taking into the consideration of the weak points and limitation of the determination of bigamy offence.
