摘要
运用ASPENPLUS化工过程模拟软件对丙烯酸 (AA)装置提纯系统进行了单塔及全流程的模拟与优化 ,模拟值与设计值基本吻合 ,可用于指导实际的生产操作和设备改造 ,优化生产操作参数 ,提高了整个系统的处理能力 。
The ASPEN PLUS software was used to simulate and optimize the separation system of acrylic acid plant.Results of calculation show that the simulation value coincides with the design value.It can be used to research operating regulations and direct actual production operatoion of the separation system,or be applied to improvement of equipment or analysis of energy saving.
