摘要
针对马尾松树种所存在的前期速生性差 ,林分生产力低与干形不良等问题 ,运用相关遗传学理论 ,以田间试验及室内分析结合 ,并采用每木调查和系统抽样测定的方法 ,对马尾松优树自由授粉子代主要经济性状进行了系统、深入的研究 ,掌握了马尾松半同胞优良家系选择可靠途径、方法和性状相关规律 .
Masson pine is slow in growth in the early stage of development. It is also notorious for its low stand productivity and poor trunk form. With a view to solving these problems, a systematic and detailed study of the main economic characters of the open pollinated filial generation from the superior trees of this species was conducted, generating reliable approaches and procedures for selecting fine half sib families. The pattern of character correlation was also identified. In the process of study, pertinent genetics theories were referred to; field tests combined with lab analysis and per tree measurements were well integrated with the systematic sampling method.
