摘要
风险分析中的不确定现象存在大量的模糊性和随机性 ,利用模糊学期望将模糊性与随机性相结合 ,给出了模糊随机风险的定义 ,进而提出了一种风险评价的新方法。该方法对于一些无法获得更丰富资料的事件的评价有较好的效果 ,并且评价结果以区间形式给出 。
Fuzziness and randomness exist extensively in uncertain phenomena during the risk analysis.In this paper the authors combine fuzziness and randomness by using fuzzy mathematical expectation and give the definition of fuzzy random risk.Furthermore a new method of risk assessment is raised which will lead to better assessment results in interval mode and higher accuracy when sometimes we can not get more information in the assessment work.
