摘要
用自体肋软骨膜移植作关节成形术,修复5例外伤后掌指关节软骨缺损,经18～55个月随访,关节疼疼消失,功能改善,活动范围增加35°～52°。对手术疗效、适应症、技术操作要点和术后X线表现进行了讨论。
Five cases of articular cartilage defect of metacarpophalangeal joint were reconstructed with autologous perichondrial grafting arthroplasty, and followed-up for 18-55 months, The joint pain was relieved and the function improved. The movement of metacarpophalangeal joint increased 35°-52°.The operative procedure, curative effects, indications of operation, technical notes and postoperative radiographic features are discussed.
