摘要
采用放射免疫法对21例行人卵体外受精的23个卵泡的卵泡液进行激素测定。结果发现FSH、LH、E_2在中间型与成熟型卵母细胞的卵泡液中含量明显高于闭锁型与缺卵母细胞的卵泡液中的含量(P<0.05),且与受精有明显关系。P在各型中变化不大。PRL的含量在成熟型较高,T在中间型稍低,三者与受精无明显关系。
Oocytes and matched samples of follicular fluid were obtained from 23 preovulatory follicles aspirated laparoscopically for in vitro fertilization (IVF) .Follicular fluid concentration of follicular stimulating hormone ( FSH) luteinizing hormone ( LH) prolactin ( PRL) estradiol ( E2) progesterone ( P) and testosterone ( T) were measured by radioimmunoassay.The level of FSH, LH and E2were both significantly higher in intermediate and mature oocytes than that in defective follicles and in follicles with fertilized oocytes than that in unfertilized ones. It is suggested that high concentration of gonadotrophic hormone (GnH) and E2in follicular fluid is of importance in successful fertilization.
