从血清学、核酸杂交技术以及PCR技术等方面综述了国内外植原体检测研究的概况及最新进展。
The general situation and advances in detection of phytoplasmas in recent years was reviewed in this paper.It involved the molecular biological methods of serology,nucleic acid hybridization and polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
