摘要
通过生产实际数据验算脱氢反应器压力降公式的正确性 ,并以此为根据详细计算改造的脱氢反应器 ,提出原反应器筒体不变 ,只改变其内部结构并适当加长筒体方案 ,从而节省两台新的反应器 。
The correctness of Pacol reactor pressure drop formula was checked by practical production data. The reconstructive Pacol reactor was calculated based on the formula. Only by changing it's inside structure and lengthening the canister, not changing the original canister, we could save two new reactors and also got the result of capacity expansion.
