麦草酶法化学制浆及漂白性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 用菌株Aspergillus niger An-76发酵生产的半纤维素酶液,分别在化学蒸煮前对麦草原料和在漂白前对浆料进行预处理,研究了酶预处理对化学制浆和漂白结果的影响。结果表明,与常规烧碱法制浆相比,酶预处理可以改善麦草的化学制浆性能,在保持纸浆得率的基础上降低纸浆的卡伯值和筛渣率,同时降低蒸煮时有效碱的消耗,而且纸浆的物理性能也有一定程度的提高。酶法化学浆具有较好的可漂性能,且漂白浆具有较高的强度性能。在漂白前采用半纤维素酶预处理,不仅可以提高漂白效率,获得超过90%ISO白度的漂白麦草浆,而且还可以改善漂白浆的物理性能。 Wheat straw and pulps are pretreated with hemicellulase from the culture filtration of Aspergillus niger An-76 prior to sodapulping and bleaching respectively,and the effect of enzyme pretreatment on the results of chemical pulping and bleaching is studied.Theresults show that,compared with conventional soda pulping,the pulpability of wheat straw is improved by hemicellusase pretreatment,andpulps with lower kappa number,lower rejects with similar yields of screened pulps could be produced,and the consumption of activealkali is decreased during chemical pulping,and the physical properties of pulp are also improved.Bleachability of enzymatic-chemical-pulps and strength properties of the bleached pulp are satisfactory.Hemicellulase pretreatment prior to bleaching can not only improvethe bleachability of pulps,produce pulps with 90% ISO plus brightness,but also improve physical properties of the bleached pulps.
