摘要
基于 MATLAB的 Simulink集成建模与仿真环境 ,建立了摩擦转矩非线性的数学模型和仿真模型 ,并基于该模型 ,建立了考虑摩擦转矩非线性的液压马达性能仿真模型 .以 QXBS-E5 0型轴向柱塞液压马达为实例 ,分析了摩擦转矩非线性以及液压马达各参数对液压马达低速性能的影响 ,由此 。
This paper establishes the mathematic model and simulated model of nonlinear friction torque based on the MATLAB simulink integrated modeling and simulation environment. Using the model, establishes the simulation model for hydraulic performances which considers the nonlinear friction torque. By taking QXBS E50 axial piston hydraulic motor as an example, analyzes the effects of nonlinear friction torque and hydraulic motor's parameters on the performances under low speed. In the end, puts forward the improving measures .
