教学管理是职业教育教研机构所承担的一项重要职责。本文探讨了职业教育教学培养目标和实践性、开放性教学特色，并就职业教育教研机构教学管理的内涵、特殊性、具体任务和如何发挥教学管理功能等问题，提出了建议和看法。
