摘要
项目前期策划教学是工程管理专业毕业设计中新增设的内容 ,其教学的方法和过程值得探索。在科研的基础上确定教学内容 ,把项目前期策划教学分为理论教学、环境调查、资料分析、方案构思。
This paper focus on the content and process of teaching of the early project planning in graduation project for engineering management major,the content is based on the research,and the process is divided int theory teaching,environment investing,data analyses,scheme plotting and report writing,as well as the problems which should be paid attention to in the teaching.
