摘要
目的 提高围产期保健质量。方法 深圳市妇幼保健院泥岗社区健康服务中心 (社康中心 )在辖区开展了 1年的产后访视工作 ,在访视过程中使用访视套卡 (A、B卡 ) ,并在辖区内对有 1岁以下儿童的母亲进行问卷调查。结果 泥岗社区 2 0 0 0年的产后访视率为 97 2 2 % ,辖区内有 1岁以下儿童的母亲对保健知识的知晓率在访视前与访视后差别有显著性的意义 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 社康中心开展产后访视工作 ,提高了访视率和有 1岁以下儿童的母亲对保健知识的知晓率 ,及时处理了产妇及新生儿出现的异常情况 。
Objective To improve the quality of perinatal stage.Methods The doctors of the Nigang community health care center of Shenzhen Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital have developed the post partum visit in the past year.The particular series cards of A and B are applied in the visit course.The doctors conducted a questionnaire survey among mothers with baby under 1 year old in the community.Results The rate of the visit in the past year was 97.22%.The health knowledge level of the mothers with baby under 1 year old was much higher than that before the visits developed by the community health care center(P<0.001).Conclusion The rate of the post partum inspection and the health knowledge level of the mothers with baby under 1 year old obviously increased after the visit was transferred to the community health care centers and the community hospitals.The doctors of the Nigang community health care center treated the illness of lying-in women and new-born children in time and primely guaranteed maternity and child health.
