摘要
目的 探讨北京市城市社区老年人生活质量的影响因素。方法 采用分层、随机、整群抽样方法 ,以WHOQOL -BREF量表 ,对北京市城市社区 36 0名老年人的生活质量进行入户调查。结果 调查结果经多元线性回归分析得出 :影响北京市城市社区老年人生活质量的因素有 6项 :是否患慢性病、年龄、性别、职业、婚姻状况、家庭摩擦对生活的影响程度。结论 影响老年人生活质量的因素是多方面的 ,老年保健应关注其家庭 ;保健的重点应置于维持躯体功能与自理生活能力 ,延缓衰老 ;
Objective To study the influential factors of the quality of life(QOL) in the elderly of Beijing urban areas.Methods Totally,360 permanent residents aged over 60 years were randomly selected to be interviewed with WHOQOL-BREF.Results The influential factors of the quality of life included:chronic and non-communicable diseases,age,sex,occupation,marital status and family friction.Conclusion The QOL in the elderly of Beijing urban areas were influenced by several factors.Elderly health care should care about the elderly′s family.In elderly health care,put the stress on maintain the function of body(ADL and IADL).Intervention measures should be taken individually.
