摘要
目的 探讨CHOP (环磷酰胺、阿霉素、长春新碱和强的松 )联合应用α-干扰素 (IFN -α)治疗中度恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)的疗效 ,完全缓解时间、患者生存时间及毒性反应。方法 将 40例中度恶性NHL患者随机分为两组 ,CHOP组化疗方案为 :环磷酰胺、阿霉素、长春新碱、强的松 ;I-CHOP组在CHOP方案的基础上加用IFN -α。结果 CHOP组缓解率为 75 % ,平均缓解时间为 6 5 0天 ,平均生存时间为 15 90天。I -CHOP组缓解率为80 % ,平均缓解时间为 185 1天 ,平均生存时间为 2 133天。两组不良反应率间的差别均无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 IFN -α可使疾病缓解期及患者生存期均延长 。
Objective To observe the efficacy and toxic reaction of CHOP (CTX?ADM?VCR?Pred) with interferon-α(IFN-α) in treatment of medial grade malignant non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL).Methods 40 patients with medial grade malignant NHL were randomly divided into two groups,CHOP group and I-CHOP group.The patients in CHOP group were treated with CTX?ADM?VCR and Pred(CHOP).The patients in I-CHOP group were treated with IFN-α and CHOP.Results The total effective rate was 75%,the median of remission period was 650 days,the median of survival period was1590 days in CHOP group,those in I-CHOP group were 80%,1851 days,2133 days respectively.There was no significant difference in toxic reaction rate between two groups.Conclusion The study indicates the combination of IFN-α with CHOP is effective in treating patients with medial grade malignant NHL.It can make the mean remission period and the mean survival period longer.
