多元混合工质节流制冷机内工质组分浓度变化特征的实验研究 被引量:6

Experimental Study on the Change of Mixture Compositions in Multicomponent Mixed-Refrigerant Joule-Thomson Cryocoolers

摘要 建立了专门实验系统来研究多元混合工质闭式循环节流制冷机内工质组元浓度动态变化特征。针对三个典型制冷温区的三种混合物工质进行了实验研究。研究结果表明 ,混合物工质浓度在不同运行时期发生变化。最大变化会达到 6% ,另外系统内浓度不均匀更会高达 12 % ,甚至更高。 An experimental system is developed to investigate the dynamic characteristics of the mixture composition variations in the closed throttling refrigeration cycle.The experimental studies were carried out to investigate the three typical temperature ranges of mixture refrigerator.The experimental results show that the mixture compositions vary at different operating period of the cycle.The maximum of the compositions change will be up to 6% for different operating periods.The unevenness of the mixture compositions at different positions of the system may be up to 12%,or even more.The experimental results will be helpful in the modification of the existing simulation model of the mixture refrigeration cycle as well as the fabrication of the mixture coolers
