摘要 以实际产品为研究对象 ,提出了基于“CAD/CAM /CFD”的气道研制流程。研制出的气道已投入产品生产 ,发动机排放水平达到欧Ⅱ标准。本文使用三维工程设计软件Pro/EngineerTM完成柴油机气道的三维实体造型和模具加工 ,使用三维流体动力学软件FireTM 完成稳流试验台中气道 -气缸流动的三维数值模拟计算 。 The helical intake port is developed for a practical diesel engine and the procedure of development based on CAD/CAM/CFD is put forward. The developed port is manufactured for the engine, of which emission level meets emission regulation of EuropeⅡ. The three-dimensional model and NC code is created in Pro/Engineer TM and three-dimensional numerical simulation of flow in port rig is made in Fire TM . The flow result calculated in Fire TM is in good agrement with that of measurement in port rig.
