摘要
D型锅炉以其结构紧凑 ,占地小 ,安装周期短 ,运行维护方便等特点 ,在国内石油化工系统得到了广泛的应用。早期该型锅炉全部为进口 ,自哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司为扬子石化公司设计制造的国内首台D型锅炉投运之后 ,国产D型锅炉在国内市场所占的份额在逐年增加 ,本文以哈锅为扬子石化、齐鲁石化提供的两台D型锅炉为例 ,介绍了D型锅炉的结构特点及国内D型锅炉的发展情况。随着我国能源结构的调整 ,D型锅炉将会得到更广泛的应用。
D type boiler is widely used in petrochemical industry because of its characters of compact construction,less area occupied,short site installed period,easy operating and maintenance.All the boilers of this type were imported at early time.After the first 'D' type boiler for Yangzi petrochemical company which is designed and manufactured in HBC operated,the percentage of homemade 'D' type is increased these years.In this article,the construction character and development condition of homemade 'D' type boiler is introduced based on HBC made boiler for Yangzi and Qilu petrochemical company.With the energy composition adjusting,the 'D' type boiler will be more popularized and widely used in more fields.
