介绍电子专用设备国产化的历史、现状和展望 ,针对高新技术国产设备市场份额小而提出了拓展国产设备市场份额的几点建议。
This paper presents the history, present situation and future prospect of our Intellectual property (IP) special equipment for electronic products manufacturing. In accordance with the low market share of our IP high-tech equipment, putting forward several proposals to extend the market share of our IP special equipment for electronic products manufacturing.
