摘要
本文介绍了过氧化物和抗氧化剂对前列腺素的合成具有双向调节作用 ,低浓度的过氧化物是前列腺素合酶的激活剂 ,而高浓度的过氧化物则是前列腺素合酶和前列环素合酶的抑制剂 ;抗氧剂通过抑制过氧化物形成和影响环氧酶活性而调节前列腺素的合成。
