摘要
以碳酸钙、滑石粉和硅灰石等三种典型的具有不同形状特征的无机粉体和HDPE树脂为对象体系进行了共复合研究。结果表明 ,共复合的方法可以达到如下的技术效果 ,即 :可以借助活性粉体的补强作用 ,使非活性粉体因在体系中产生弱界面使材料的韧性极度下降的倾向得到有效的改观 ;可以发挥两种具有不同形状的无机粉体的优势 ,使复合体系不仅具有较高的拉伸强度 ,也具有较好的冲击韧性 ;可以对滑石粉等层状粉体的分散效果起到较好的促进作用 ,有利于使之对体系的拉伸强度提高有所贡献。
Three typical inorganic particles,CaCO 3,talc and wollastonite were used as fillers to HDPE matrix,and the co composite effects of inorganic particles were investigated.The results indicated that the co composite method had advantages in several aspects:firstly,in virtue of the strengthening effect of active particles,the sharply decreasing tendency of material toughness induced by the weak interface along inactive particles and the matrix could be effectively amended.Secondly,the strength and toughness of the composite materials could be simultaneously controlled at a higher level by combining the characteristics of difform inorganic particles.Moreover,this method could promote the dispersion of inorganic particles with layered structure (i.e.talc) in the matrix,accordingly making for the improvement of tensile strength of the composite materials.
