摘要
综述了近年蒽醌型酸性、分散和活性染料及其中间体的生产技术进展。介绍了 1-氨基蒽醌溶剂法α -硝化 ,深冷结晶分离二硝化产物、溴氨酸和 1-氨基 - 2 -溴 - 4 -羟基蒽醌的新合成方法 ,C .I .酸性蓝 4 5、分散红 6 0、分散蓝 6 0、分散蓝 73的合成新工艺以及活性蓝 19的新剂型等。
The recent development of production technique for anthraquinone dyes and their intermediates are reviewed,including α -nitration of preparing 1-amino-anthraquinone by solvent method,separation of di-nitro-anthraquinone by cryogenic crystallization,new methods to produce bromo-amino acid and 1-amino-2-bromo-4-hydroxy-anthraquinone,and new technologies for preparing C.I.acid blue 45,disperse red 60,disperse blue 60,73,as well as the new commercial types of reactive blue 19 etc.
