摘要
根据不一致区间数判断矩阵所提供的信息 ,构造一个一致性数字判断矩阵———中心判断矩阵 ,然后以该判断矩阵为参照标准 ,找出偏移量最大的区间数 ,并对它进行校正 .
A consistent digital judgement matrix, central judgement matrix, is created on the basis of the information provided by the inconsistent interval number judgement matrix. With it as the referential standard, the interval number that has the largest deviation quantity is found out and rectified.
