现代晶界几何结构理论及其在工程材料中的应用

MODERN GRAIN BOUNDARY GEOMETRIC STRUCTURE THEORY AND ITS APPLICATION IN ENGINEERING MATERIALS

摘要 现代晶界结构理论是70年代以来所发展起来的新理论。它在解释与晶界有关的物理现象(晶界扩散、晶界偏聚和析出、晶界腐蚀、晶界破断)方面有不少十分新颖的结论.本文介绍晶界几何结构理论,着重评述该理论在工程材料中的应用及发展前景,并指出了这种理论在解释晶界能方面所面临的困难。 The modern grain boundary structure theory is a new theorywhich has been developing since the 70s of this century.Some new conclu-sions could be obtained by using this theory to interpret physical phenomenaconcerned with grain boundary,such as grain boundary diffusion,grain bou-ndary segregation and precipitation,grain boundary corrosion and grain boun-dary cracking.In this paper,a review of current knowledge of the grain bo-undary geometric theory is first given and the applications and developmentsof this theory in engineering materials have been emphatically reviewed.Fi-nally,difficulties of this theory on the interfacial energy are pointed out.
