细胞色素c氧化酶的固态薄膜仍具有电子传递活性、其分子内金属活性中心的结构特点及其氧化还原和配位循环变化、光谱特征、物理性控制电子供体或物理性电子供体、开关特性等 ,使得它适合于分子电子学研究和纳米分子器件的研制 。
Activity of electron transfer in cytochrome c oxidase remains in its thin solid film. The characteristic metal active sites and their structural cycle during catalytic reaction, characteristic spectra, physical electron donor or donor physically controlled, and switch property, which make the oxidase a candidate for study of molecular electronics and design of nanodevices, for example, erasable byte nanostorage.
