摘要
目的 建立EMG信号的计算机自动识别与处理系统 ,探讨该系统对各种神经、肌肉疾病肌电图诊断的临床价值 ;方法 系统利用各种信号处理技术 ,通过计算机提取轻收缩运动电位、重收缩波形 ,给出各特征参数 ;结果 该系统可快速、准确处理肌电信号数据 ,结合肌电图数值特征 ,给出诊断结果 ;结论 该系统设计科学、诊断快速、准确 。
Objective The clinical values of EMG diagnosis of neurological and muscular disorders were studied by the computerized automatic identification and management system. Methods The light contractive motion electric potential and heavy contractive ware were adopted by computer processed by various signal processing technique in this system. Then the parameters of various characteristics were obtained. Results The data or muscular electic signal might be processed rapidly and accurately by this system. Then the resulted diagnosis could be obtained by the data combining with the EMG digital characteristics. Conclusion The system is designed with scientific measure. It is helpful in rapid and accurate diagnosis. Thus the accuracy of EMG diagnosis is improved.
