摘要 本文介绍了一种新型对称宽边耦合共面波导巴仑。它是基于一般耦合传输线的网络模型结合对称宽边耦合共面波导理论导出的。作为一个例子 ,我们设计了中心频率 1 2GHz巴仑 ,其输出幅相特性优于文献 [1 ]对称宽边耦合微带巴仑。所研究的巴仑可应用于微波单片集成电路 (MMIC)和多层介质微波集成电路 (MuMIC)的混频器。 A new symmetric broadside-coupled coplanar waveguide balun has been derived on the basis of generalized network model for coupled lines combined with the quasi-static analysis method of symmetric broadside-coupled coplanar waveguide.As an example, this form balun has been designed for 12 GHz center frequency.It's amplitude-phase output character is better than employing broadside-coupled microstrip line reported in literature [1].The researched balun can be utilized in MMIC and MuMIC for mixers,modulators,frequency doublers and other mirowave devices.
