摘要
采用固定床流动反应装置 ,研究了加压条件下镍基催化剂对甲烷空气部分氧化制合成气的催化性能 ,考察了镍负载量、助剂种类、反应温度、压力、CH4/O2 配比等因素对催化性能的影响。结果表明 ,Ni/α -Al2 O3-MgAl2 O4催化剂的镍负载量质量分数为 8%时 ,催化性能最佳 ,添加稀土助剂La2 O3的催化剂活性最好 ,且La2 O3的最佳添加量(质量分数 )为 2 %。 8%Ni-2 %La2 O3/α -Al2 O3-MgAl2 O4催化剂上的条件试验表明 ,在 70 0~ 90 0℃内 ,CH4转化率和CO选择性随温度升高而增加 ;随着压力的增加 (0 1~ 1 5MPa) ,CH4转化率和CO选择性下降 ;在甲烷空速为(0 8~ 2 0 )× 10 4h- 1 内 ,转化率和选择性基本不变。
The catalytic performance of Ni-based catalyst in partial oxidation of methane with air to syngas under high pressure was studied in a fixed-bed reactor,an investigation was also carried out on effects of concentration of Ni,some additives,temperature,pressure and feedstock composition on catalytic performance.When Ni content in the Ni/α-Al 2O 3-MgAl 2O 4 catalyst exceeds 8%(mass),there is no evident effect on catalytic activity; the performance of catalyst with addition of La is the best,and the optimum addition quantity of La 2O 3 is 2%(mass).The experiments on 8%Ni-2%La 2O 3/α-Al 2O 3-MgAl 2O 4 showed that the conversion of CH 4 and the selectivity of CO increased with increase in temperature and decreased with increase in pressure(01~15 MPa),and almost unchanged when space velocity of CH 4 varied from 8×10~3 h~ -1 to 20×10~4 h~ -1 .
