摘要
在催化裂解乙烯生长碳纳米管时 ,在将稀土元素加入过渡金属催化剂可使合成碳纳米管的温度降至 5 60℃ ,在稀土元素影响温区 (<60 0℃ )内 ,碳纳米管的产率可提高约 2 5 0 % .合成的碳纳米管直径随温度变化的测试表明 ,在反应温度为 5 60℃时直径最小 ,约为 1 0 nm以下 。
This paper reports the growth of carbon nanotubes by catalytically cracking ethylene in the presence of the supported catalyst doped with rare earth oxide. The addition of rare earth composition noticeably affects the morphology and the yield of carbon nanotubes. Comparative results of the carbon nanotubes synthesized with or without rare earth additions indicate that the addition of rare earth effectively increases the yield of carbon nanotubes of about 250% and decreases its formation temperature. The diameter of carbon nanotubes change with reaction temperature, and it decrease to 10 nm at 560℃.
