摘要
归纳介绍了确定疲劳裂纹扩展理论门槛值ΔKthT的方法 ,特别对利用疲劳裂纹扩展速率表达式 ,根据da/dN~ΔK试验数据外推确定ΔKthT 的三种方法作了较为详细的介绍 ,并用四套试验数据进行评估。结果显示 ,如果所采用的表达式能够正确反映近门槛值区域的疲劳裂纹扩展规律 ,且参与外推的试验数据中又包含了足够多的近门槛值区域的数据点 ,这类方法获得的结果是基本一致的。
The methods of determination of fatigue crack growth (FCG) theoretical threshold ΔK thT are reviewed and summed up, with emphasis on the three approaches to deduction of ΔK thT from da/dN~ΔK test data by using FCG rate descriptions. The approaches are evaluated by four sets of test data for 2219-T851 aluminum alloy. It has been shown that the approaches of this type will lead to almost identical results so long as the descriptions can correctly reflect the regular pattern of FCG within near-threshold region and the da/dN~ΔK test data that are used to fit the descriptions include enough near-threshold data points.
