摘要
本文分析了创造教育的特点和职业技术教育存在的缺陷,并就如何以创造教育培养职业技术人才,从教师队伍、管理模式、教材创新、开放型教学、创新能力的培养等五个方面进行了思索与探讨。
Having analysed the characteristics of innovation education and demerits of vocational and technical education, the article explores on how to develop students' capabilities in line with the goals of innovation and quality- oriented education, as well as, modes the following aspects, teaching faculty, managerial innovation in textbooks, and cultivation of initiative.
