摘要
在人类正在步入全球化时代的时候,思考这一进程已经或正在给当代中国的法制带来的影响,无疑具有重大意义。全球化对我国法制的影响包括对国家主权,法律文化,法律建构,司法工作等诸多方面。面对全球化这一机遇与挑战,只有我们对其进行充分的认识和深刻的分析,才能在法制实践的各个环节正确处理其间的关系,才能使我国社会主义市场经济发展和法制进程大大加快,使我们的祖国以新的姿态迈向21世纪。
