摘要
本文详细介绍了高压列管式换热器的制造过程,焊缝检验技术要求和换热器焊后整体消除残余应力热处理的情况。并与国内目前一般高压换热器制造技术要求的不同之处进行了比较。
This paper Drincipally introduces the heat treatment of whole body welding stress relief after the weld of high pressure tubular heat exchangers, and the requirements of the welding seam test technology and the examination for welders. This paper also introduces in detail the manufacturing proeess of products, somethings about whole body heat treatment and the specialities of the manufacturing technology different from those of the ordinary high pressure heat exchangers at present time in our country.
