摘要
本文分析了异种钢焊接接头冷弯开裂的特征,指出了采用Cr20-Ni10-Mn6合金系统低氢型焊条时,能明显改善异种钢接头抗冷弯开裂性能,试样具有高的冷弯合格率。
In this paper, the characteristics of cold bend induced crack in dissimilar steel welded joint have been analyzed, the effect of electrode type on the tendency of cold bend crack in dissimilar steel welded joint has been studied emphatically. The results show that the resistence to cold bend induced crack of dissimilar steel jOint can be improved significantly and the percent of pass of cold bend specimen can be raised greatly, useing the type Cr20—Ni10—Mn6 electrode with low hydogen coating
