摘要
本文主要从产品责任的相关问题出发 ,对欧美产品责任法进行了比较分析 ,并在此基础上 。
This paper begins with the study of related questions on product liability and focuses on the comparative analysis of product liability in Europe and America.Based on the analysis,some opinions and suggestions are put forward concerning the legislation of product liability in our country.
