摘要
邓小平坚持以人为本的生存观、发展观，着眼于人的全面发展，不断提升人的本质特征，实现对传统的超越，把人的本质力量由潜能变为现实。在实践中奋力推进中国人民的解放、发展、塑造及自我实现。从而丰富和发展了马克思主义关于人的全面发展的思想。
Deng Xiaoping clung to the viewpoint of subsistence and development basing on the human’s nature,with a view to the human’s all-round development and improving the human’s nature characteristics;towering the tradition and changing the human’s potential power into reality.Practically he advanced the liberation,development,moulding and self-realization of Chinese people.From this,Maxism’s principle about all-round development would be enriched and progressed.
