摘要
通过热模拟试验测定了X60级管线钢以 0 1~ 2 0s-1的应变速率在 90 0~ 1 0 5 0℃温度区间压缩变形过程中的真应力 -真应变曲线 ,观察了变形后空冷至室温的显微组织 .结果表明 :在此变形条件下 ,材料没有发生动态再结晶 ,但随着变形温度的升高和变形速率的下降 ,将出现动态回复现象 ;低温和大变形速率变形能细化铁素体晶粒组织 .
Hot compression tests of X60 pipeline steel were carried out by using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator at 900~1 050℃ and 0 1~20 s -1 . The results show that dynamic recrystallization process doesn't occur during hot compression. But the tendency of dynamic recovery appears with the increase of deformation temperature and the decrease of strain rate. Smaller ferrite grains can be attained at a lower deformation temperature and a greater strain rate.
