摘要
对 10 Ni5 Cr Mo V钢奥氏体化温度对晶粒尺寸的影响及奥氏体自发再结晶的基本规律作了研究。结果表明 :奥氏体化晶粒急剧粗化的临界温度为 12 0 0℃ ;奥氏体自发再结晶的最低温度为 85 0℃ ;90 0℃以下奥氏体自发再结晶以形成针状奥氏体和球状奥氏体两种方式进行 ;二次加热时 ,加热温度低于 90 0℃时都有组织遗传发生。加热温度在 90 0℃以上时 ,再结晶奥氏体为球形 ,无组织遗传发生。加热温度超过 95 0℃以上 ,细化了的奥氏体晶粒开始粗化 ;6 2 0~ 880℃等温退火 +95 0℃淬火具有很好的细化效果。
The effect of the temperature on the size of austenite grain and the rule of structure inheritance of 10Ni5CrMoV steel was investigated. The result shows: the critical temperature that austenite grain size abruptly coarsens is 1200℃;the minimum temperature of austenite spontaneity recrystallization is 850℃,the recrystallization austenite is needle austenite and spher austenite at 850~900℃ ; there is structure inheritance at the temperature under 900℃and there is no structure inheritance at the temperature above 900℃;recrystallizaed austenite grain begin to coarsen at the temperature above 950℃ . 620~880℃ isothermal annealing + 950℃ quenching is one of the most effective ways to reduce grain size .
