摘要
对 Si C颗粒增强铝基复合材料与铝合金异种材料组合进行了 TL P扩散工艺试验研究 ,分析了材料组合、中间层、连接温度和时间等参数对接头区域各元素的浓度分布的影响。研究结果对于复合材料与金属的连接具有重要的指导意义。
The experimental study on welding process of SiC particle reinforced Al based composite and aluminium alloy was conducted,the effect of the process parameters such as materials combinations,interlayer,bonding temperature and time on the concentration profile of bonds is analyzed.The study provides a scientific basis for the bonding of composite and metal.
