摘要
从化学热力学的角度探索煤的电化学脱硫可行性 .热力学分析表明 ,煤中黄铁矿和有机硫电解反应的标准吉布斯自由能ΔrG m 值大于零 ,反应为非自发反应 ,需要在一定的电压下进行 .但煤中各种形态硫电解脱硫反应的理论分解电压 (E )并不高 ,电化学脱硫很容易实现 .在电解液中加入某些阳离子如铁离子、锰离子可以加快电解脱硫反应速度 .分析表明 。
By use of chemical thermal dynamic analysis, the electrolytic reactions about sulfur removal from coal were studied. According to the thermaldynamitic data, Gibbus free energy Δ G of the electrolytic reactions of pyretic and organic sulfur removal from coal is higher than zero. So, these electrolytic reactions are not spontaneous chemical reactions. In order to carry out desulfurization form by electrolysis, a certain voltage is necessary and important. Because theoretic decomposition voltage of pyrite and some parts of organic sulfur model compound is not very higher, and not over 0 6 V(Pyrite, 0 246 V; C 2H 5SH, 0 356;[LJ(S,S(2,5)W(3,4)] S ,0 596 V), electrolysis reactions is easily to be carried by use of electrolysis technology. By use of the concept of electrochemical catalysis, Mn ion or Fe ion is added into electrolysis solutions. Therefore, the reactions about desulfurization are accelerated. At last, the electrolytic decomposition of coal is discussed. Because the theoretical decomposition voltage of some organic model compound is not high, the coal decomposition might happen. So the decomposition of coals must be paid attention to, when the rate of desulfurization is higher.
