底泥砷对鲫鱼同工酶的影响

摘要 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定了经不同浓度的底泥砷处理鲫鱼的肝、肾、血清、鳃等组织的某些同工酶活性的变化。结果表明:以214.2mg/kg的底泥砷(As)处理30天后,肝、肾组织中LDH同工酶活性下降,血清、肝、肾、鳃的酯酶同工酶活性均上升,而肾、血清中的过氧化物酶活性下降,肝中的过氧化物酶活性则有所增加;随着底泥砷的浓度增加,时间延长,对鲫鱼组织中酶活性的影响就更大。 It has been examined that alteration in activities of some isozymes of theliver,kidney,serum and gill in crucian carp(Curassius auratus L.)treatedwith different concentrations of aresenic in sedimend.The main results summari-zed as follow.After 30 days of the As 214.20mg/kg sediment treatment,activityof lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)in liver and kidney decresed sharply.Activity ofesterase isozymes incresed in liver,kidney,serum and gill,activity of catalaseisozymes in kidney and serum decreased,and acitivity of catalase isozymes inliver increased.The results above show that the damages of vigor of isozymesbecome incresed with the treatment of higher concentration and longer time ofarsenic in sediment.
