摘要
本文报告5例卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤。通过本组病例的临床表现、术中所见、病理检查及术后随访等临床资料分析,指出该肿瘤恶变时与其他卵巢恶性肿瘤有相似的恶性行为,易发生淋巴及血运转移。
This paper reports 5 cases of ovarian theca cell tumor. On the basis of the analysis of their clinical manifestations, operational findings, pathological examination and postopesative follow-up, it is demonstrated that while varying from benign to malignant, the tumor may assume malignant behaviors similar to those of other ovarian maligant tumors and the mode of spread is likely to be lymphogenous and hematogenous too.
